The role will involve learning and understanding the FDM business model through an initial placement with the Recruitment Team before progressing into the Sales Team and specialising in new business sales and account management.
The individual will work across Energy sector clients which include some of the largest organisations in the world who are going through an aggressive change to achieve sustainable renewable energy sources which is underpinned by digital technology. As a team we are providing global solutions to our global clients and this therefore means the individual will need to work with FDM colleagues around the world and may be required to complete trips to client locations outside the UK.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Learning the FDM Model and learning USPs to be able to pitch to a client.• Maintaining existing client relationships and developing new connections, specifically across the Energy sector.• Calling, emailing and arranging meetings with prospective clients.• Gathering requirements from clients and sourcing relevant candidates from the FDM academies for roles.• Liaising with other areas of the business including Recruitment, the Academy, Business Development Managers and Sales Managers.• Providing support to our in-house trainees, both in the process of securing their placement and in their time on-site Essential Criteria
