About the Role

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to upskill and grow their capabilities by joining our training team to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). The role will involve supporting our Career Development Training program; you will bring your own flair, energy, experience, and knowledge to help provide a truly memorable and satisfying experience for our trainees. After a period of formal training to build upon your people skills as well as your already impressive expertise; you will be involved in facilitating breakout sessions, being a specialist point of contact, and when you are ready there will be opportunities to co-deliver and lead training also.

You will be working as part of a global team of exceptional individuals nurturing the next generation of technology specialists. Commercial training experience along with agile delivery approaches and relevant professional qualifications are desirable but not essential; it’s what you add that counts, everything else we can provide for the right candidate.


Essential Criteria

· A degree (postgraduate and above in an IT related field preferred)

· Industry experience of 2-5 years

· General understanding of SDLC

· Eligibility to work in the USA


Desirable criteria:

2+ years’ experience in some of the following technologies / tools / roles is highly desirable:

· Coding in one or more of the following languages: Java, C/C++, Python, JavaScript, C#

· Database management and SQL queries (i.e., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

· Basic HTML and CSS skills

· Version control systems (i.e., Git, Mercurial, SVN)

· Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest API

· DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Git, Puppet, Snort, and Splunk

· Windows or Unix Server Administration including Bash Shell or PowerShell scripting

· Cloud Architecture and Administration (AWS, MS Azure, and Google Cloud)

· Cybersecurity Analysis

· Network Administration

· Cloud Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft SSIS
