You must also be willing to be flexible with working hours that may not align to the standard working day, so that you can fit in with consultant schedules. There may be some travel, so you must be willing to travel nationally for any events and in person meet ups!

Duties and Responsibilities
This is a really important role that enables FDM to deliver a fantastic employment experience for our brilliant consultants.

  • The successful candidate will be providing professional on-going support to consultants whilst they are placed with FDM’s clients.
  • Being the first point of contact for consultant queries, and helping to resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to onsite consultants
  • Engage with consultants via phone, email communication and in-person meetings at predetermined touchpoints throughout their FDM journey
  • Regularly arrange and participate in engagement events and initiatives
  • Work with Business Partners to identify and resolve employee issues that may arise onsite
  • Feedback review outcomes and action points to account manager, Business Partners & senior management
  • Manage, support and maintain FDM’s network of on-site Consultant Peer Support (CPS)
  • Facilitate pre-placement consultant preparation workshops
  • Complete day to day administration tasks (such as updating systems, using spreadsheets, collating paperwork, sending out consultant updates and taking notes in meetings)
  • Support wider People Team with ad hoc tasks and projects

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous Customer experience
  • Experience in interviewing, coaching and mentoring
  • An appreciation of the IT and business services sector
  • Knowledge using SuccessFactors or Salesforce CRM
