With 13 centers across Europe, North America and APAC and over 5,000 employees, FDM has shown exponential growth throughout the years, firmly establishing itself as an award-winning FTSE 250 employer.The Role The People Operations - Projects Co-ordinator will work closely with People Team Operations Manager to plan and implement a range of projects and initiatives critical to the People Strategy, assisting to drive through a number of critical transformation projects across the organisation both in the UK and across our regional centres globally. You will also be responsible for supporting the delivery of operational excellence across the wider People Team and assisting with BAU work for the People Operations Team.Duties and Responsibilities· Manage multiple HR project deployments - new HRIS, HR support ticketing system (globally) · Creation, coordination and maintenance of project documents, working with project members on the delivery of key project milestones and deadlines on time and within resource and policy · Ownership of the People Team employment law and relations tool, document library and associated employee/managers guides · Regular review and update of FDMs contracts and people policies, working with the wider People Team to identify document requirements, maintaining consistency and version control · Ensure all data on the HRIS is maintained to a high standard · Co-ordination of process improvement and process mapping across all FDM UK People Operations processes (eg. JML) · Proactively manage stakeholder updates and communication of key project achievements · Build a strong and trusted relationship with internal stakeholders at different levels of seniority across multiple locations to drive project delivery · Support BAU activity in the People Operations Team · Provide cover for the People Operations Manager Essential Criteria · Previous experience in an HR project management role, leading process change and improvement, with a keen understanding of scrum / agile frameworks · Strong organisational and planning skills together with a proactive approach to problem-solving · An ability to work under pressure, prioritising and managing multiple projects with competing priorities · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong working relationships · Ability to influence and manage stakeholder relationships adapting to change, flexing style, and approach · Demonstrate flexibility in delivering project tasks · Able to demonstrate initiative and identify opportunities for process improvement · Highly resilient and tenacious · Operationally astute and data-oriented · Excellent written and oral communication skills Desirable criteria · Knowledge and/or experience of project management in an Agile environment would be advantageous · Level 5 or above CIPD qualified · Power BI and Advanced level Excel
