About The Role

The role will mostly involve training our pool of talented graduates, helping to shape and develop their future by providing the skills they need to succeed as Business Consultants.  Based at our Glasgow Academy you will be working as part of a global team of exceptional individuals, utilising your industry knowledge to nurture the next generation of IT specialists.  Commercial training experience along with agile delivery approaches and relevant professional qualifications are desirable but not essential; it’s what you add that counts, everything else we can provide for the right candidate.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Delivering Business training in an engaging and fun way to a high standard
  • Supporting and mentoring budding consultants throughout their time in the Academy
  • Assessing and grading work and encouraging and helping trainees to improve and grow


Essential Criteria

  • Delivering courseware updates as appropriate in conjunction with Course and Product Owners 
  • Providing feedback to trainees
  • Supporting Course Owners in the creation and improvement of course materials
  • Experience of Business Analysis in a corporate environment
  • Technical understanding of Business Analysis frameworks & techniques, Business Processes and Business Requirements
  • Passion for training and delivery
  • Commercial Experience in Project Management/Project Support
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and flexible



Desirable Skillset

  • Previous IT or Business training experience
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum
  • Experience of PRINCE2
  • Certified in BCS Business Analysis
